Booking Policy for In-Person CEU Course

1. Registration & Payment

  • All attendees must register online through the official event booking platform.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure a spot.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • Early bird pricing (if applicable) will be available until 10 tickets have been purchased at early bird pricing, after which standard pricing applies.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to annelise@gingerzentherapy.com.

  • In cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the event organizer.

3. Transfer & Substitutions

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another licensed professional at no additional cost.

  • Transfers must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the event and include the new attendee’s full name, email, and licensing information.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is canceled by the organizer, all registrants will receive a full refund.

  • If the event is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to attend on the new date or receive a full refund.

  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies that impact the event, updates will be sent via email and posted on event website or social media.

5. Attendance & CEU Certification
  • Participants must check in at the registration desk upon arrival.

  • To receive CEU credits, attendees must attend the full course and complete any required post-course evaluations.

  • CEU certificates will be distributed via email within 7 days after the event.

6. Code of Conduct
  • All attendees are expected to engage in a professional and respectful manner.

  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to adhere to event policies may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Health & Safety
  • The event will follow all current local and venue-specific health guidelines.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending and contact us for possible alternatives.
